HD319B - 6 port hub not connecting to iPad Pro 2021
Sounds like a great little tool, but came with absolutely no instructions. I plug it into my iPad and nothing happens except a little blue light comes on. I put in an SD card and again, nothing happens. How do I connect to my iPad so I can transfer files. Did I just throw my money down the drain? Feels like I got ripped off, especially when I look at other postings where no answers were provided. I doubt if Apple will give me any help since this isn't their product.

I am having the same problem. I’ve tried cards, different drives in different ports. Even tried running power to the iPad through the keyboard. The iPad is not recognizing anything plugged in through the HD319B.

In my case it appears that the problem was in the connection. Even though the unit out of the box plugged into my iPad Pro with what seemed like a proper connection, I had to switch up the plate that surrounds the plug on the HD319B to make the connection work. Hypershop was good to provide a tiny screwdriver and different pieces to replace on the side where it connects to the device, but they didn't give any indication that making that change would be necessary to make it work at all. I would suggest they add that advice in a troubleshooting section of the documentation so that more people don't have similar struggles getting it to connect properly in the future.
