    Likewise, quite disturbing this has become a very costly piece of useless plastic with the lack of any apparent support. As reported on another thread I think this possibly happened after an iOS update, so probable something they need to work out with Apple. I’m hoping it’s just a quick firmware update if that is even possible on the device.

    Support told me “turn it off then on again” which had no effect. This is an expensive plastic brick and this company has terrible support
