Problem with my udma2 after ver.12 update

seems that after the update all my go pro videos get backed up and all my sandisk extreme 8gig cards also, but my sandisk extreme 16 and 32 start backing up and just when its ready to finish is just stays frozen in the last picture of the sd card.  tried starting unit with card installed and nothing.  Please any help would be greatly appreciated....
