Can't believe the company was willing to shaft all the kickstarter customers they amassed by not even contacting us that iOS9 would kill the stick. Refusing to release any info on what a fix might be is only adding to the very negative situation thats developing around the new stick they are soon to release as well.

Can I ask how you were able to re-download 3.0.8? Is this older version still working under iOS9? ta

Hi - I have a 128gb iStick. There is no S/No on the item other than GH07G. I took a chance & downloaded the firmware update. It worked for me & now my iStick works on my iPhone 6s under IOS 9 with the iStick Pro app...

Hey!...I was also asked to send the iStick back to US. I firstly agreed because otherwise the iStick is just a piece of veeery expensive garbage...for which I payed 3 month in advance last year, and was send with another delay of one month. BUT, when trying to ship it a found out: first, it will cost me 80$ (!) from Romania to US; second, no local carier accepts a company address without a name (I've asked for a person's name, no reply yet); third, US does not accept parcels with insurance from my country (!)?!; why not, if I would be willing to pay for insuring the parcel; fourth, the RMA# I received will expire in 30 days, but the carier couldn't tell if the parcel will arrive in 30 days, especially during this winter hollyday season!!!

I think we all should be either reimbursed or Hyper should send us a new device, with a paid return form for the bad one.

For 269$ + shipping cost I expect to receive something that's working!

HYPER, please come with a solution ... and don't rely on the fact that not being in US we can't open a case against you. Yes, we can. And yes, I will!

I have a 32gb and 64gb.... I have MacBooks , iPads iPods and iPhones. No Windows compatable hardware. I've dropped a lot of money on this product for it now to be totally useless! Is there a Mac fix yet I don't know about?

Very disappointed because I cannot use my Istick anymore on IPad and IPhone. I paid a lot of money and hope for a solution

I informed Hyper Support, as you all know from my iStick App Update. I got quite some info back as how to make my 64GB iStick.work. It was not. at all usedull. I did not give up, though, and kept on informing Hyper Support Service of my frustrations re my not-working-iStick. At long last, Hyper Support Service advised me to send my iStick on to them. That's what I did, despite the cost of postage. They sent the iStick back to me, neatly packed in a leather cover. It works smooth and perfect with the iStick Pro App (downloaded from the Apple Store). It has surely taken a while but Hypershop.com finally managed to get my 64 GB iStick working again.

Mr/ Mrs (?) Zonnenberg, Good for you ! So, I'm not the only one in The Netherlands with an iStick (using the iStick Pro App) that works smoothly now. Kind regards, Amadeo Kuijpers

I returned my iStick 128 Gb from Russia to US and got it back. It works perfectly now. Thanks to Leon who support me on this matter. It seems they sent me the new one.

If you send your iStick back to them for repair, make sure that you secure delete everything from the iStick. I'm glad I did. I Shipped mine back to them to get fixed, but the working one that I got back was not originally mine! I accidentally deleted something and went to use a recovery tool and discovered Gigs of photos and videos of someone else and their trip to Indonesia!

It looks like they are fixing them, but in order to increase the turnaround time, they are sending you back a repaired one that someone else had previously sent in. It is a good thing for the person that originally owned this one that I'm an honest guy and won't use any of their data for anything. It is a good thing there wasn't anything embarrassing on there.

FYI and FYS (for your safety).

Oh and can someone there at HyperShop please explain what the deal is with the June 2016 update for the iStick iOS app? It's going to start looking on my stick for pirated stuff and deleting it or slowing down my device if it thinks it finds anything???

I don't have anything like that, but why would you put my legit data at risk of possible deletion or slow-down with the possibility of a false-positive??

That is just junk. Please have this "feature" removed!
