I have the same problem! Did you ever figure it out? I called them today, but they are already closed for the weekend. When I plugged it in it says 100% charged, but as soon as I unplug it it dies. I'm traveling in a few days so hoping it's a quick fix!

This was when I first got the unit. The batteries were covered inside the unit so that they were blocked from connecting with the metal connectors. I wish that had been stated somewhere in the directions. I didn't find that out for a week. I found out accidentally. Check to see that the batteries aren't being blocked from the connectors. i hope this helps you.
