Battery will not charge
I plugged the HyperJuice box into the DC In. It looks to be charging. The on light is lit. When I press the on button the first light of the battery status bar lights up and blinks. The green light on the HyperJuice box is flashing. But it won't charge more than that left plugged in for hours. I tried again with my computer plugged in as well. When I checked after several hours My MacBook Pro was fully charged up but the HyperJuice battery was dead (on light wouldn't turn on when pressed). I purchased the adapter all set up. I just purchased the battery, and of course did so right before I was traveling and would need it! The battery did work the first day I used it (it was fully charged out of the box). Sure hope it is an easy fix (like I've misunderstood the directions!). Thanks!

Having the same problem with my 60 W HyperJuice.
Does this have to do with using the additional male-female DC connector that comes with the package? If so, then what is the DC connector that is attached to the Magic Box supposed to be used for?

I got this from Angelo at HyperJuice support, so make sure you are using the correct connector from the Magic Box to the HyperJuice device:
"The cable that's mounted on the Large Magic Box is only used for the first generation HyperJuice batteries. Since the battery you have require a higher voltage than the 1st gen batteries, you will have to use the other port using the 4inch cable which outputs the required voltage for the HyperJuice 1.5 or the HyperJuice 2 batteries."
Hope this helps others...
