    @John  Sorry for the inconvenience caused.  We're also working on the firmware for Mac application, it will be posted later.  But because of the urgency to address the iOS9 issue, we provide whatever is available now.

    I'm just excited you guys are doing something about it instead of forcing us to buy the iShowFast. Speaking of, will the iStick and the iShowFast apps eventually merge or they remain separate for different devices?

    What about a firmware for S/N 20140404002? It is the 64GB istick and it does not work with iOS 9 nor does it update with the above firmware update.

    Can i wait for firmware update software s/n 20140404002? Sending flash drive in enother country in my case is very costly.

    My sn number is also 20140404002.

    It was purchased in Madrid ,Spain

    Try to figure out something in order not to have to send it in.

    The other person that had the same issue is from Russia ,I believe?

    I'm a 'happy' owner of iStick with s/n 20140404002 too. It was bought in Moscow, Russia.

    It seems that sending my device anywhere is not a good idea at all.

    Please be so kind and find some solution for your product with a/m s/n.

    I like many other Non-US residents (I live in the United Kingdom) am being told by your support team to ship my unit to you so the firmware can be updated manually.

    How about instead of us having to spend large amounts of money shipping things to you(in this instance it'll cost me $50 to get this to you), you FIX the firmware update package mentioned in this article ?

    I've had them same piece of software from your support team and it plain doesn't run at all. Windows error everytime.

    Unless you're planning to reimburse customers for their shipping charges an RMA is not the option here, not everyone lives in the US who bought these sticks.
