  I would also like the link.  Please also really consider adding >2TB drive support to the internal hdd.  Soon devices like this will be useless without it.

  The latest firmware on the UDMA3 is v49.

  Please go to Settings from Main Menu > Firmware > Version, check what is on your unit.

  Hi Kelvin, thanks for this very quick reply. I've actually just bought it second hand and it hasn't arrived yet but I know that it hasn't been used for a considerable time – maybe 18 months. The firmware will definitely need updating and it would be helpful if you could provide a link to it. Also, I'm desperately trying to find a manual.

  Are you able to tell me the file format? Is it ex-fat or FAT 32?
