    There’s likely a process stuck running. I would try completely rebooting the device via the setting menu. It did happen to me once. Also worth checking you have the latest firmware.

    I've just looked at my machine and it's the Reset option on the bottom of the Settings menu. Make sure you backup all files on the drive before you use it.

    Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately the reset doesn't work to solve the problem. The helpdesk doesn't answer my ticket. Perhaps I am going to reload the firmware to the unit.

    Otherwise I have to sent the unit back to the seller for a repair.

    It's quite possible that the battery is worn out, if it was second hand, or just bad if new.

    It is a brand new unit so perhaps the battery is bad. I will contact my seller. Thank you for the support.
