My devices aren't connecting properly

To ensure your devices are connecting properly, we suggest trying this:

The Hub cones with a dual USB-C connector, with one side having a hard plastic piece to hold the cables in place

Move the grip portion to the middle, exposing both sides

Plug in both cables until you hear an audible "click"

Then move the plastic piece over to hold them in place.

Plug the two free cables into your computer. Make sure all the cables are fully inserted into the ports
