Why can't I charge my iPad Pro through my GEN2 Hub?

The HyperDrive GEN2 Hub requires a minimum of 15W power to operate. The standard iPad Pro charger is an 18W charger, meaning the Hub takes almost all the power. You will need a charger with a minimum of 30W power to charge the iPad Pro through the HyperDrive.

Due to the 18 Port GEN2 Hub needing a maximum of 55W, we suggest either using a minimum of 60W PD charger, or you can also use the 180W power adapter.
