Can't detect the SD and MicroSD card

It supports one card at a time only.  If both SD and MicroSD card is inserted, it detects the one inserted first.

The SD card does not go all the way in, it is only stay in 1/4 of the card.

The Micro SD card is pressed all the way in when a click sound is heard.  To eject it, press in the card again.
