Why does the HyperDrive USB Type-C Hub with Mini DisplayPort only has USB 2.0 and not USB 3.0 ports

The MiniDisplay Port requires a lot of data bandwidth from the incoming USB Type-C port which does not leave sufficient bandwidth to support USB 3.0. We could have just made a USB Type-C to MiniDisplay Port adapter but we thought users would appreciate having additional connectivity with 2 x USB 2.0, microSD and SD.
