Why the device is not detected by computer?

First, please make sure the provided micro USB3.0 cable is plugged into the device ( the micro USB3.0 port is above the micro USB2.0 port on the device)

Second, the device must remain off when it is connect to computer and it will be recognized as an external USB hard disk.
