How to reset it to default factory setting?

If user want to reset password or network setting, please follow the instruction below:

1.) Download the attached firmware and save it into the USB flash drive.

2.) Keep the file name "_iusbport_.inf" as it is.

3.) Insert the USB flash drive to the device and power it up.

4.) Wait till the screen shows "Clear All" and press the power button one time to proceed it.  The update will be completed less than a minute.

5.) The next time the iUSBport/CloudFTP is powered up, it will be reverted to default factory settings.
