The iUSBport Camera is connected to iPad, but the "iUSBport" icon is not displayed in the app.

The users must have the iPad 3G/4G LTE version, please turn off the Cellular Data on iPad (Setting > General> Cellular Data > OFF), it will resolve the issue.


We're still analyzing the issue and better solution will be provided soon.
