"ERRCACHE" issue on the iUSBport Camera, how to address it?

Regarding the error message of "Err cache" shows on the iUSBport Camera, our engineer team is working on the solution currently.
Please apply the temporary solution to address it:

1)  Turn on iUSBport CAMERA without camera connection
2)  Waiting for iUSBport CAMERA booting
3)  Once the LCD display ‘3.8GB’, connect the camera to iUSBport CAMERA
