Can the hyperjuice charge two devices while it is plugged into the wall?

HyperJuice Plug can charge 2 devices anytime, but bear in mind that the input/charging power from the wall outlet to the HyperJuice Plug is 5W while the output/discharging power from the HyperJuice Plug to the UsB devices can go up to 15W.
