Yes. Our Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports are reversible, it will work on either side (left or right) of the 2016 MacBook Pro. Please note that 13" 2016 MacBook Pro without Touchbar only has Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports on the left side.
Can I use HyperDrive on the right side of the MacBook Pro instead of the left?
